Impact of Social Media Use on Transfers Knowledge on High School Teachers in Bima District with Network Ties, Shared Vision, Trust as Mediation Variables

This study aims to determine the impact of using social media on knowledge sharing for high school teachers in Bima Regency, with capital represented by variables, namely network ties, shared vision and trust as mediating variables. To test hypothesis, researcher used data collected through questionnaires a total 237 respondents purposive convenience techniques sampling statistical analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) assisted AMOS program. The results reveal: (1) there is positive significant effect use Ties vision, while does not have Bima, (2) transfer, has no transfer District (3) influence District. For mediation test, Sobel indirect effect. These findings show that variables are able mediate between cannot against transfer.
